These playful pants explore volume through sculptural shaping and pleated structure. Crafted from a luminous green silk that holds its form beautifully, the design features eight box pleats on the front and four on the back, creating a dramatic fullness through the leg. A front fly zipper offers functionality while two darts at each knee contour the fabric into a barrel-like, balloon shape, giving the pants their distinct, dimensional character. Bold yet wearable, these pants blend architectural form with luxurious texture for a statement-making piece. To complement the bold silhouette of the pants, I designed a voluminous matching top in the same green silk. The top features a high neckline and a clean-finished bodice, with a dramatic gather that cascades outward from the bust, creating a whimsical, almost sculptural effect. The cropped length and exaggerated volume mirror the pants’ shape, tying the look together with a sense of cohesion and play. The result is a fun, fearless outfit that celebrates texture, movement, and elevated design.
